Michael S. Levin, Esquire
Michael S. Levin has been a lifelong resident of Philadelphia and the surrounding area. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in 1989, and went on to graduate with honors from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1996, where he was a staff member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
Michael has enjoyed many years of success representing injured individuals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has obtained many significant settlements and verdicts for his clients. He has also won many victories in appellate courts, where he has successfully briefed and argued a number of cases resulting in published opinions advancing the rights of injured individuals and insurance consumers.
Michael also has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage issues, and more recently has been involved in a number of prominent class action cases to challenge unfair and fraudulent corporate practices, as well as to ensure that consumers are not harmed by dangerous and defective products.
Michael continues to live in Philadelphia, where his dedication to his clients is matched only by his love and compassion for animals. He regularly supports animal charities and rescue organizations.
